Cold and Mold

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Fabulous floor plans.
But there are no double-pane windows, so it gets really cold in winter. And there is so much water condensation on windows in colder months that apartments get moldy. I had to wipe off the condensation every day last winter and still got mold. The manager says "It's typical, everybody gets mold."
and doesn't do anything.
It's a nice place only in summer.
