Prefer not to choose them. In case you have to check if the washer dryer are seperate or a single unit. Single unit ones don't dry and managment will try to convince you that they work. Apartments look great but maintenance is very poor.

Never had a problem one with maintenance and the issues I have were handle as budgeting allowed.
