I have lived in so many apartments throughout the country. This is the worst apartment. The manager JASON is extremely rude and arrogant. Maintenance is ZERO percent. They expect you to fix everything by yourself. Nothing is ever done on time. They just want your money.Very unfriendly. Would never ever recommend to any one. Please be very careful.

While Jason is no longer here, I'll have to disagree with you if it was not for his kindness and willingness to work with us my wife son and I would not have found a place to live at a critical time in our lives and strapped for cash. If he was rude perhaps you caught him on a bas day we all have those. All of my maintenance requests have been handled promptly courteously and free of charge. If they do charge it would be because the damage is do your negligence, if someone hits your car do you expect them to pay or out of the kindness of your do you pick up the tab?
