the management is very very bad.
they make the residence pay for the maintanace.
they speak very very rudly.no responce for phone calls.
just get out of that place

I am going to reiterate an experience from the previous post that I responded to my son suffers from Autism and once my wife missed picking our son up from the buss, she had our only car, the management and one of the maintiance staff offered to drive me to get him after a company meeting I appreciated this so much. If I don???t get a return call (which rarely happens) I simply walk down to the office and if they???re not busy almost immediately talk with me and promptly address my issues. As far as paying for maintiance NEVER but there are times when a tenant may be held liable for damages, if they break something it is not the responsibility of the management to make up for or pay for there negligence.
