Actually when my wife and I moved in here we were strapped for cash, had a bad relationship with the management at the complex we were currently living in that was getting progressively and rapidly worse and we needed a new place to live. One that was close to the schools that we wanted our son who is suffering from Autism to attend. The management worked out a deal that allowed us to move in on the funds we had available, saved us a little cash and got us into a nice apartment with a little yard that Sean could play in and to further discount the accusations of the management being rude and not helpful, once my wife missed picking our son up from the buss and had our only car, the management and one of the maintiance staff offered to drive me to get him after a company meeting I appreciated this so much.
