These are big time suckers... the maintenance is too bad .... the management seems to be only after your money... most ridiculous thing is that their bigger floorplan 1BHK costs less than the smaller floorplan 1BHK...

The management wont even listen to your problems... the maintenance supervisor talks like he is the president of US.

I have spent horrible year there... nowadays they have a new rule which mandates you to pay 600 bucks just to transfer your lease!!

never go there!!!

just a heads up, no one outside of India knows what BHK means. and perhaps the reason a bigger unit cost less was because of what floor it was on, it had a different location or different amenities.

Okay what's a BHK? It is obvious to me that this person did little and I think no book work before looking for apartments. That would be what factors impact cost. It sounds a little childish to me I want it all, I want it my way and I want it now! My comments keep looking, lots of luck and it you find this Shangri-La post it on the web

How many years are you? I havenot heard this language since grade 3. Sounds like you are just throwing a tantrum because your mom wont let you get your way. Please find new home...I dont want bully for a neighbor.
