I have been staying here for 6 months now and still my washer and dryer are not fixed. Management is rude and has endless excuses for not doing their job. I dont mind paying the management the extravagant amount they charge but its really not worth it. There is a construction going on in one of the block for a month now and my friend's house is in a mess. Above all this troubles they are hiking the rent structure 1089 per month for 1 bed room. With this price one can easily find 2 bedroom appt in a nice community. My recommendation for this place is NO.

I have lived here for over 2 years and I too have issues with the washer and dryer in my unit, I also understand that it is not the current managements fault or responsibility to make up for a flawed initial design nor for the construction overruns, they happen. Management has never been rude and has supplied me with status updates as to the reasons for any delays, doing this of there on volition. The rent here is not bad and inline with current market trends, on going is construction is to improve the structures for the tenants. It???s necessary to understand the management here has management somewhere that gave them there tasks to perform, how much to spend and how long to do it in, they???re doing the best that they can and if the washer and dryer issues are not that big of a deal with suitable laundry facilities on campus.
