I have taken the last twenty minutes to respond to the first page of negative (and positive) comments, showing the level of satisfaction I have with the complex and staff. Are the problems' Of course there are, where will you find a place that there isn't (if you do please share)' The apartments themselves are good the location is great (major bus route, shopping mall and two great parks walking distance), management that addresses your issues promptly and resolves them as quickly as staffing and budget will allow them to. Most of the people who were dissatisfied did not take into consideration that the management has limitations just like any employee does (not magicians); these people do a remarkable job faced with all of the adversity that is thrown at on an hourly basis as people involved in a service organization do. The grounds are well kept, the improvements are on going, as with any building as it ages, plus to make life here more comfortable for the tenants which I appreciate. Maintiance is timely and done by courteous and friendly staff; it is free unless you cause the damage which I deem fair. They should not have to pay for damage do to my negligence. Cost of living here is no more than any of the more than two dozen complexes I checked out and the relationship with the staff on a more intimate basis than you??d find a larger complexes (or smaller ones) making the communication between staff and tenants friendlier and more productive. Go ahead and look I don??t think you??ll find a better place for the money with the extra??s provided by the complex and the friendly demeanor of the staff. Communications of any projects that might cause tenants any inconvenience is promptly deliver (hand delivered mind you) and any unavailable times of the staff and or the cabana are posted in a timely manner. Overall communications personality and the level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff has kept me from feeling the need to even look anywhere else and made my stay one of the most pleasurable ones I have had!

Yeah, that's a typical limitation for any employee to come at work 20 minutes late and come earlier than official close date. It is also a gremarkable job not to clean those huge windows outside for years and not to respond your requests. It is also remarkable job on cleaning apartments before move in, in such way that there is a lot of dirt left in kitchen cabinets along with remainings of cat food. It is also an extra provided: cabana that is closed on sundays, so you have a beatiful option to celebrate your holiday on a weekday. |
