Management is a JOKE !!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Management people are bunch of Jokers. They have no idea what they are doing. Property managers changes every other month. Apartments are OLD (build in 1970's) Every apartment has a European Style Washing Machine and Dryer, which is as good as a box sitting in your apartment. That machine CANNOT be used to wash clothes at all and forget about drying. Maintainace SUCKSSS to the rock bottom, there was only one person on the property but now they have two but still it suckss. Have patience and be prepared to wait for weeks untill your issue will be resolved. Ohh Yeah and most important ...... get yourself into the lease thinking that you are not going to get your deposite back no matter how good you keep your apartment. They come up with all the lame excuses dont refund your deposite.
