Worse experience with management ever

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The biggest problem with the apartments is the management. First of all, don't be surprized if you don't reach them at the office - they are usually not there. Every 2 times out of three then I stopped by, there were nobody in the office. Of course, it is during business hours.
They are also always late. Today they came to the office at 9:20 instead of 9:00, and I was already the second person in the line waiting for them.
The management is not responsive at all: most of the verbal notifications about the problems with the apartment were simply ignored.
They are also tricky on move in conditions. For example, they touch up dents on the bath with caulk, and it looks like new when you move in. But after half a year the caulk comes off, and you get the bath scratched. When you move out, they will chagre you for repairing the bath.
There are many more tricks they do.
Also, every time you renew contract they raise the rent and push you to sign for longer period.
Apartments themselves are very old. All equipment in the apartment is old, too. It functions, but be prepared to the high level of noise and periodical problems with the equipment.
No manuals for the equipment is supplied.
My recommendation: stay away from this apartment complex! There are places much better for the same money.
