I don't know how people are renting in this property From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I see some new residents roming around , they should better check with current residents about maintenance before renting. You will be treated with great respect before signing agreement, once you sign that's it no response to maintenance calls. You have to wait for 15 days before maintenance guy (he's like everything here) comes and says you will be charged and blames you for any issue. You should add $100 more for monthly maintenance that will be charged to you.
