I've lived at Adagio for a while now and have noticed that every interaction with the management and maintenance personal is a positive one and always has been. However, this last interaction I had beats all to date!! Raymond came in to fix some concerns I had and did a GREAT job!! He was thorough and quick-as well as friendly!!
