Never Stay Here... Old apt and lousy management!!

I moved here before looking at other places to save on hotel....poor decision!!!
The problem with this apt:
??Old apt
??Inadequate parking. They have a lot of covered parking (for $25/ month)
??Poor maintenance. It usually takes 3 calls for then to come and look at the problem and another week or more to fix it. In my case they did not fix it. The flush cover is cracked/broken (even before we moved in), we put in a maintenance request. Their response was that ??Since the flush is working, we can not replace the flush cover??
??Management is lousy. They are very nice/polite/diplomatic but will not take care of maintenance, will charge you a lot will you move out.
