Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Never ever come here. Mgt just sucks. There has been 6-7 cases of vandalism of cars. Even though you par 25$ for car parking. Mgt won't help you in this situations.

Maintenance, wost ever in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Takes around 3-4 calls, to get them to understand the problem
