Maintanance is worst of kind

My apt had a washerNDrier(2in1). Your cloths get wrinkled like anything if u go for this kind of apartment where u have washerNDrier(2in1). After 1 month it stopped working. After complaining 1.5 months over. still they havnt repaired it. this aprt maintanace is worst of its kind. they will not care for u once u get in. If u tell the leasing office each day they will say it will get rectified. but since 1.5 months washerNDrier(2in1) is in the same state. not working.

I agree.
My life was a nightmare when I stayed in this apartment.
The property manager keeps changing every 3 weeks.
That is another reason no one works there more than 3 weeks, because they are tired of hearing these complains from the tenants.

I moved to cedar terrace after i left here and i'm nothing but happy, its smaller and not very many people know of it but its really nice.
