We lived here for about a year. They not only digest all your security deposit but also claim extra for some weird reasons. staff not friendly. maintenance is not good. the only plus is the proximity to microsoft campus. everything else is a negative.

I totally agree with you. Rude, lazy and unhelpful management. Maintenance is non existent. Even I have been charged exorbitant move out charges. Is there any place where I can legally complain about this?

I really hate reviews like this . Im moving from San diego to wa state for a job transfer But reviews that dont state facts doesnt help any one . Im looking into moving at adagio cuz its walking distnance to my new job. Its sounds like your upset that you didnt get you deposit ? what do you mean not freindly staff ? Did they treat you bad ? Maintenance did not fix things broken in the apartment? Why wait to complain untill you move out ? Im also looking into moving to arshstone next to adagio is this place any good ?
