Have been residing in this apartment for almost 1 year since iam bound by lease and the lease breakage costs a hectci sum of money.

Some Notorious things about this apartment :

1. Poor Maintenance requests : Have been trying to fix my restroom fan for more than 4 months. No Exaggeration.

2. Rude and Reckless management : Have been paying my rent regulary for last 1 year without any fail. Due to newyear holiday the apartment office was closed and on second couldnt get out due to snow. On Jan 3rd morning went to drop my check and the lady in the apartment office refused to accept my check without the late fee of 75$. This is ridiculous and i couldn't really hire an attorney for suing them due to recession.

3. Gym sucks. U wont believe... All it has is couple of machines.

4.Doors are fragile and the apartments are old.

5. Apartments r really expensive for the squarefootage these guys offers. Trust me 2 bed room is not really a 2 bed room instead a little big larger than single bed room.

HA ha , Its sounds like you are just complaining cus you didnt pay your rent on time.. Lol its not like we had a blizzard and you couldnt walk over to the main office . My girl freind managed to head to work every day with out any issue's . Let me offer you some advice. Pay your rent or any bills on time and you will not get late fees .(I PROMISE)You can even test me on this !!!

we have been living here for almost 2 years and paying some ridiculous amount as rent for 1br apartment. in these times also the management is not willing to go down on the rent like the other apartments are doing. in the recent months there has been poor maintenance requests. Was trying to get them fix my drapes in the hall and it's been 3months since the request was raised. the only good thing is that we have plenty of natural light and a big kitchen where you can't find it anywhere for a 1br apartment but they are ripping you off.......

we have been living here for 5 months now. this is has been the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Maintenance staff is rude and maintenance requests are not handled on time. Infact my bathroom leakage has not been fixed for 3 months now. I have never been late on my rent payments and have complained a number of times. THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
