Questionable rental value

I've been living here for nearly a year and was one of the first tennants. While I've generally enjoyed my stay and the surrounding area, management has been exasperating. More often than not, you feel like you're an annoyance and nothing seems to get done in a timely manner.

Pros: new building, high-quality security, convenient location.

Cons: high rent cost, significant street noise on north end, inadequate parking under building, frustrating and uhelpful staff. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
