We've lived in these apartments for about 3 years. The previous managers did a fairly good job, not entirely very friendly, but ok to deal with. Since then, we have had new managers that a lot of people are complaining about. Namely rudeness and inconsideration. And making tenents pay for their apartment repairs that they did not cause, but have the unforture of occupying the apartments while it happened. Besides this, the rent price is decent, minimal noise, good up keep of the property and a nice view from some apartments. I used to recommend these apartments before, but not with the current management.
