So, you say you just moved in only week ago' And you want other readers to check out the new management that you seem to know SO much about'after only ONE WEEK' How could you know so much about the management after only living in the complex for a mere week' So, the new management has a new couple and they are very nice' Again, how do you know SO MUCH about them after ONLY ONE WEEK'! How do you know that they are a 'new couple'' Did they tell you' Most sales people won't tell you that they are new! Interesting...I'm thinking that YOU are that "new couple" (i.e., management) and you are trying to make yourselves look good to other potential renters by posting seemingly positive reviews on this website. And you say that 'the (maintenance) guy is trying to get all the requests for maintenance done quickly.' Well, you say that you only moved in a week ago'so how many maintenance requests could you have had at this point'...unless YOU are the management'...or is the complex so run down that maintenance is needed immediately' And you think that the new management will make a real difference' But you already said that you just recently moved in to the complex, so how could you even comment of what a DIFFERENCE that the new management could make' Ahhh...but YOU are the new management so... your posting is similar to other apartment managers who make an effort to make THEMSELVES look good on this website. I post this message with honesty. Can you do the same, Overlake Apartments' I think not! Get serious! No one can make such positive comments about ANY new home after only one week! Apartment Ratings should find a way to ban apartment managers from posting false-positive comments about apartments and their management who provide nothing but poor service!
