It's down hill after management changes hands

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
This used to be very good place to live and the managers were really nice. They had a huge waiting list as the rent was very reasonable and the it was a quiet neighborhood.

No longer the case after new management came in.

I won't recommend to my friends anymore.
