The management changed hands several times during the past years and the current management is the worst I'v ever seen. Their style of management is cruel. They changed lots of rules by sending lots of notices and force them upon you. If you don't tediously follow all their rule changes, you pay, they get the money. I personally knew several tenents paid their prices. The current management just don't know how to make friends with tenents, or do they even care' I'm sure they've made lots of enemies.
