Rudeness, I see it again

I see lots of tenants complained about the rudeness of the management here at overlake, and I don't think they were overstatement. You can see the same kind of rudeness from the post on 12/13/2004 who claimed he's a long time tenant and supported the management. His words remind me how the management treats tenants who disgreed with them.
