I received electric bill for time periods before/after I moved in/out there! Because overlake managers reported to energy company fake dates so that they can minimize cost.

I was also charged "missing" stove baking rack and refreg bar that I never saw since I moved in. I was promised refund on them but never receive.

Due to their mailbox maintainence issue, mail man stopped send mail. But overlake manager didn't coorperate or respond post office notice and push tenant away. My neiboughs and I didn't get mail for 2 weeks with no reason explained!

Last winter, garbage overflowed from cans to all over parking lots. Sick place!

People living above threw cigrate butts in front of my windows and caused small fires a couple of times. Sick and dangerous place!

And needless to say, very noisy in the first floor. Can not sleep well in any of the two bedroom.
