I moved out several months ago, and soon after that I got my safe deposit back. Then the management sent me another letters asking for fees to replace the carpet due to bleach on the carpet. I don't use any bleach detergent and the stain on my carpet when moving out was in darker color (not lighter color implied by bleach).

The management staff was rude when I met her to discuss this issue. She did not show me any evidence she has. She wanted to fool me by saying that counting on a 10-year carpet life was a favor on me over a 7-year carpet life, while the first one counts 4/10 cost on me instead of 1/7. And she insisted to move my case to debe collector (to mess up my credit history).

One of my friends had been charged during move-out for a sofa close to the gabage can, which was not related to my friend at all 8-(

The management was getting worse during my staying in this apartment complex in over 2.5 years.

Actually the debt collector sent letters again to me in mid 2006 for this case, as again was disputed by me. Hopefully they don't come back to me in 2007 or later.
