If there are things comeing up, no matter whether it is the manager's fault or not, they will write you a notice giving you ten days to response and saying

"In the event of your failure to do so withing the said period, you will be guilty of unlawful detainer and subject to eviction as provided by law".

"Notice to compoly (RCW ...)"
