Management as bad as you can imagine and keeps on getting worse

I have lived here for almost 3 years and gone through a lot of changes at Overlake Park Apartments-- which is now called Stone Creek Apts. For example, the facility and the apts are getting improved and the prices are going up--which if not all good, at least not totally bad.
But the management and the service is completely another story. It keeps getting worse and worse, and the newest batch of management staff are completely unbearable!!! It is almost impossible to call in a repair request--as if they were never picking up the call! Even if you did manage to get to the office staff, it seemed either they never placed the order for you, or it took them forever to get the repairs done.
And by the way, if you decide to walk in to place a written repair order, be sure to pray that the office staff are in a good mood, so they could be at least marginally friendly, and you will not be the target of their ever-present hostility.
