Hi, I have taken a short term lease of 3 months with this apartment because of my job situation. I am lucky that I have taken it for 3 months.

Following are the issues which I have found

1) Washer and Drier in apartments are located near to the bed room. So what happens, if people from top or bottom floor operates the washer/drier, You cannot sleep in the bedroom....

2)Also, The Ceiling and walls are so light, I could hear the snoring sound of neighbor and any phone talking noise of my top floor resident. Oh Man

3)Amenities are less, They do not have tennis or any kind of play ground and only an open swimming pool which will not help in winter.

4) I have raised 4 service requests in 20 days after I move in. I think apartments is little older and also so many residents live here on Sharing basis and probably they might not have maintained it properly (My Guess. Sorry If I am wrong)

5) Single bedroom layout do not have a open kitchen concept.

6) I saw a dead rat lying in front of my door after 3 weeks of my move. I was so scared.

7) I have decided to move out to near by Archstone on their basis of "Relocation Guarantee" Do you know what, I have to pay Leasing fees of 300 USD again in the new Archstone as Relocation guarantee is only for out of area... What the heck'


It is cheaper compared to other near by apartments and service is good (One day service gurantee).
