I just moved here from and this is not what I expected. I'm sure things really aren't this loud everywhere. The tremendous down payment which almost totals 3000.00 give me a break I didn't just get out of prison for killing hundreds of people. No parking if you do want to find a spot close to your apt. be home asap. you will have to walk a very long distance if you don't. So don't go out at night. The walls are paper thin and you can here everything thats going on. Management takes their sweet time and expect the world from you, I suprised they didn't ask for a blood sample. The IRS dosn't even have this much info on me. We had to pay for a closet next to the place to put our extra stuff in because of the huge fricken water heater in the 2nd bedroom closet, You have to pay for everything even a parking spot. Find somthing else.

Joe, you should have mentioned that the reason you had to pay first and last months rent when you moved here was because you had questionable credit, no verifiable previous rental history, and short time on the job. You also didn't mention that you are unhappy with your current apartment is because your best friend/roommate moved your sister in with you, and you got stuck with the small bedroom. I think you should go back to Arizona.
