Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
We moved in Parks in 2001. Management promised us that the Cabana will be ready in 3 months. It is July of 2002 and the Cabana is still not ready. There was not even a single word of apology. The carpet of our apartment is really dirty. Otherwise maintainence and the apartment are nice.

Their rents are little higher than the rest of the market. Research before moving.
