Leaves Alot to be Desired

I originally moved here because it was located in a good neighborhood, the buildings were attractive, it had a nice floorplan, and the old management was fairly helpful. However, since Archstone has taken over the service has gone downhill. The new management is only there to sign- on new residents. Maintenance requests have been slower then the guaranteed 48 hours and have required multiple visits. The office staff seems very friendly, but fails to return phone calls and does not want to be bothered with addressing resident concerns. They fail to enforce any of the community policies, except those that benefit them. Due to their lack of enforcemnt both parking and noise have gotten totally out of control. People constantly park in reserved parking spots and in no parking zones. Archstone refuses to file any warnings or tow. Unless your willing to be your own advocate, this is not the apartment complex for you!
