Nice place in general, only a few complaints

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Nice neighbourhood, not too much noise in town houses.
Apartments are quite spacious, although most lack real light because of trees.
Water left running for days, increasing our water bill substantially over the summer.
Management take quite a long time to sort out problems.
