When I moved to this community I was very pleased with the responsive management team but over the time as people moved the place has now become a WASTE.
I had 4 maintenance calls on an average every month. The apartment was not thoroughly checked before it was leased out. Well the maintenance staff is very responsible and smart but the LEASING and MANAGEMENT STAFF sucks.
The staff does not know how to talk and behave. Only 1 person attends the calls/customers while others just instruct.
They perform their duties as favours to the residents.

I am an employee of Archstone Redmond Park. Unfortunately, I was not here when you were residing at our community. I wish to extend my apologies for the difficulties you experienced. At the time you were here, we had several temporary staff members assisting us until we were able to fill our positions with an experienced team. Archstone Redmond Park is a beautiful, thriving community with an excellent staff in place. Stop by sometime. I would love to meet you and show you what has changed since you were here.
