Based on my experience at this place, I'd strongly suggest avoiding any place that says Archstone on it. Unfortunately I rented here shortly before Archstone bought out this complex. Their staff is typically unprofessional, condescending and snotty. The previous management was pretty reasonable about fees. Archstone makes a full effort to nickle and dime you out of every penny they can - always under some ridiculous, lame-brained excuse to justify the new "fees" for this and that. The maintenance contractors they hire do a shoddy job all around. Do yourself a favor and just say no to renting anything from Archstone.
