Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
We moved here 2004 while it was still The Parks and loved it! The office staff was always friendly! Once Archstone bought it, we didn't like it anymore mostly due to parking and noise issues. Our neighbors were extremely noisy (having loud parties even on weekdays into the am) and complaints fell on death ears at the office. Our apartment was really nice though with alot of space, but the walls were so thin you could literally hear EVERYTHING!! Tenants would park in reserved or "no parking" zones and would even block our carports and garages and no matter how many complaints with photos we had, management would say they are "working on it" but same cars, same tentants still violate and we were even told that we were being unreasonable when complaining!! Christine in the office is rude and snotty so try talking to someone else in the office. We received a renewal letter and rent jumped with $300 to $600 depending on lenght of lease. Luckily we found another place and will not be renewing!
