Would be nice IF...

I recently moved out of these apartments, and had a very negative experience living there after it was bought by Archstone. The setting of the apartments is beautiful, with a nice park right next to the complex. Unfortunately, the people in the management office were rude, and did not fulfill their job: taking care of the property and helping tenants with any issues. I stopped by the office with some question and was promised a call I never received about ten times, was told the walk-through would be done on a certain day, waited all day, but they never showed up. Then they said I had waived my right to be there at the walk-through, which I had not. Their accounting practices are, at the very least, messy and slow.
I am hoping that Archstone is making some changes to improve the quality of service of their management office, as well as in the apartments, so they live up to the pretty picture they paint of themselves in their ads. The place has potential to be great, as it was under the previous ownership. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
