If you do, you will be charged for carpet when you leave - EVEN IF YOUR PET IS TRAINED AND DOES NOT GO ON THE CARPET. That's right! It's happened to me and others I know and/or work with. If you do decide to live there DEMAND a walk through when you leave, take a witness, take pictures. Trust me you will need them.

The property management company changes a lot also. Buyer beware!

Do you expect to not get a bill if your pet damages the carpet??? I have live here for over a year now and love it! The staff and maintnence are great. They are very responsive and always follow through in what they say they are going to do. Wouldn't rent anywhere else!

I'm with the person who responded on 8/9/2008. I own a dog and sometimes there are accidents, trained or not. I clean my carpet regularly and hope to avoid any extra charges at the time I move out. I love it here as well. No complaints regarding management they've been great!

That was a mistake. My dog didn't go on the carpet. One of the employees wanted the apartment after me and was just looking to upgrade the carpet and tile at my expense. The other ratings speak for themselves. Look at how many folks would not recommend this place. That's no mistake.
