It is better to stay homeless than to chose apartment like Archstone Redmond Park, or I would say Archstone in general. The management at "Archstone redmond park" is a team of rudely behaving cheaters, who makes rules and breaks rules just to rob you.
Here is my experience with Archstone Redmond Park:
1. They will put a pamphlet in front of your apartment saying that you get $500 bonus when you refer a friend. But once your friend signs the lease and when time comes to pay $500 as a bonus, they will open their book of 1000 rules and will find some weird reason to avoid paying the money. Don't ever come in their trap. Never refer your friends or colleagues to Archstone Redmond Park!! else both you and your friends will regret.
2. Before signing the lease, they mentioned a rule of Archstone in which you are allowed to move internally in Archstone anytime between your lease. When we were in real need, where our parents were coming and we wanted to move from a 2 bed apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment, they changed their rule. They said we have to stay in 2 bed apartment until lease expires otherwise we have to pay the lease breaking penalty. So, never ever trust any benefits which archstone provides. When you will be in need of that benefit, you won't be able to take advantage of it.
The benefits at Archstone redmond park are made just to attract new tenants!
VERY UNETHICAL IN BUSINESS CONDUCT.
I will never ever trust any archstone community.
If possible don't come in their trap!!.
