The management company is a bunch of liars and frauds. They will serve you notice after years of on-time rent paying. The will send you onto collection for their lack of apartment renovation.
The will charge you for water and electricity after you have moved out. They will enter your apartment and steal without your knowledge.
The overall experience was a disaster. They are also extremly racist, watch your step with them if you are non-white

If it helps in future Aspenwood Residents, Yedor has since sold the property to someone else. Hopefully your experiences with Aspenwood will be better than the above former residents.
