I've been staying in the Bellevue location for the last month with very few complaints. The floorplans are excellent, prices about average for the area, and noise level is extremely low. I also like the library right next door. The 1st-come-1st-serve parking can be irritating at times, especially if you have a nice car and don't want to park it randomly. Also, the area is just a little TOO quiet. I rarely see a neighbor in the hallway and downtown Bellevue really turns into a ghost town after 6pm.
