Management not helpful and service is lacking

On site management is known to fail to respond to issues promptly or even at all. We had some cleaning that needed to be done before our move in but after two requests and no follow up from them, we ended up doing it ourselves. We also suffered 2 leaks in the short time weve been there and received little to no sympathy or compensation.
Building had break-ins in the underground parking lot. The parking garage gate was broken for a few weeks with no security posted during that time. This does not reflect a "Secure" parking garage. Also, one of the "Secured" doors inside the parking garage to the elevator leading into the complex was not locked during the whole time the garage was broken.
The corporate management was also not very helpful when issues were escalated to them and are only concerned with whats good for the business. They say they want to make the customers happy do not seem to want to help if it costs money. So who do you turn to in your own residence if the building management wont help meet your needs?
If you like an extremely slow elevator ride to only 4 floors or less, this is the place for you. It feels like youre going 20 stories both up and down. There are plenty of new apartments communities in the area. I suggest looking at the other places.
