staff are cool Manager Sucks

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Everyone is cool in the office except the manager (Candice) she has the personality of a box of rocks. But Jessie and Heidi are cool. the Cafe is open after months of waiting i think it is owned by Avalon Apts close to Microsoft about 10 mins. i just had issues with one of them.
