My roomate and I moved into an apartment here at Avalon Bellevue, and it is great. The staff are more then helpful, especially Dustin. The maintenance manager Andy is also helpful, if you need anything he will be able to do it for you, and better then what you expected it to be.

From what I've read on the postings before this, I don't see true. The apartments are very quiet. Its a great location without any noise, I don't see a better place to live than here.

The rent may be slightly higher, but it is Bellevue, and the apartments are just amazing, and the service they provide before, and during your stay is absolutely stellar.
