My wife and I have liked Avalon Bellevue since the first day we moved in. I never had problem with finding a covered parking space. We like the amenities; they are new and working well. Maintenance fixed all the problems as soon as possible and staff is always friendly.

Rent is a little bit higher than the other places we visited, but we are happy as long as they don't increase it too much.
