I've lived at the Avalon Bellevue for about 9 months now, and I just cannot get used to the smell of the hallways. Management has air fresheners in each hallway but the odor is awful!
The staff that I've dealt with are not very helpful. When I moved in, the microwave door was supposed to be replaced, as well as a part of the counter that had been burned by the previous tenant. Neither of those were done, ever.
I love the location, but am not crazy about these apartments.
