Overpriced pretentious apartments with antagonistic management

Belle Arts will at first give you the impression of a contemporary apartment complex with nice staff. The management staff will fall over themselves to do anything to get you into an apartment, but once you're in, they are the most off-standish management I have ever had. They rarely answer calls and when they do, they act as though you should not be calling them. The apartments themselves are nice but nothing extraordinary and extremely overpriced. Belle Arts likes to think they have the amenities of a luxury apartment, but the reality falls far short: for instance, the "state-of-the-art" gym turns out to be one tiny, smelly room; the vaulted "concierge service" ends up being the same rude staff with virtually no service offerings except inaccurate reservation booking and incompetent dry cleaning. Their "movie library" consists of 11 titles. I have previously lived at The Seasons on Main St., which was comparatively priced but at least worth it - courteous staff, quality apartments, & many amenities. Belle Arts would like to think of itself as a luxurious place to live, but isn't. Pretention drips from every crevice. Bottom line: if you want to pay the price for luxury and actually get it, don't move here.
