I have lived at Belle Arts for six months, and am a current resident. My apartment is a 2 bedroom overlooking the well maintained courtyard. I have found my apartment to be a quiet, bright, pleasant place to live - certainly my best apartment experience to date.
The staff is very friendly and have always been great to interact with. The quality of constructon has been very good so I have not had to make any service requests.
The management recenty hosted a resident gathering. I was able to get to know more of my neighbors making it feel more like a community.
