Life at Belle Arts was fraught with inconveniences. The parking garage was severely accident-prone because it was so tiny and difficult to maneuver through, especially when everyone was leaving or getting home from work. The staff were very unprofessional - every time you came upon them they were gossiping about a tenant or each other. It was a chore to get them to pay attention to you once they had you moved in. Also, they left annoying sales fliers by your apartment door every couple days. The apartments themselves were ok - new with a trendy design - except the HEAT in summer. They managed to keep the hallways basically cool, but the apartments themselves got really sweaty hot. I still can't believe I was fool enough to pay as much as I did for as long as I did at this place. There are much cheaper places out there for the same & better quality!
