I do not have enough horrible things to say about this complex and the management. I have lived in various apartment buildings in the area and living at Belle Arts was by far the worst experience ever. If you are considering moving there, please be aware of the following:
1. They enter your apartment at least once or twice every month. Most of the time management does not accompany the maint. workers that enter, as I have been home once or twice to witness who enters.
2. The office is closed on weekends, and whenever they feel like closing during the week, so you can forget about getting a package that was sent to you at any reliable time.
3. The office staff are all rude and trying to just get sales/new tenants. I actually went to drop off my enormous rent check one month and smiled and handed it to a gal on the phone who flashed me a dirty look, as if I was BOTHERING her! Unbelievable!!
4. Parking for visitors is scarce.
5. Parking for tenants after about 8pm in the paid parking area is pretty scarece as well.
6. You can hear your neighbors conversations.

I have about 500 more reasons...honestly, you can do better. you really can. DON'T waste your money!! You will be sorry!!!

The reason you're having people enter your apt so much is because they were selling the building and are going CONDO! If they haven't told you already, try going to their website.

I just got a unit here and everything is brand new. Not sure if they mowed down the old building and built a new one, but it sure looks like a new building. Haven't even moved in yet, so can't say much about the place. They're still very actively selling units for this place and there's sales people and viewers galore in the lobby area
