Lived here for 2 years and had nothing but problems. Kids run wild, cars zoom through like they own the place. Clothes would be stolen from the laundry room, geez who would want someone elses underwear GROSSSSSS!!!! I had to change apartments cause the first one you could pull up the carpet about 12 to 15 inches off the floor. It was well over 20 years old but they wouldn't replace it unless I moved. So I had a tenant/landlord rep come and look at the carpet and they told management to get me into another apartment. Well they did after they put in new carpet in the other apt. The only thing I didn't like about the second one was that my livingroom window looked out at the playground. At night we would have teens hanging out on the playground smoking pot and cussing and yelling. Couldn't tell you how many times I had to call the police. If they had an onsite police station I think they would have been alot better. If you can't get things done by the management then you will have to get hold of the tenant/landlord office like I did to get the carpets replaced. Mold and mildew is a serious problem as well. You couldn't pay me enough to live there again let alone I wouldn't let my worst enemy live there.
